Lady Called The Cops And Got Me A Ticket For Failing To Yield, How Do I Fight This?
The officer wrote you a citation based on the statement of complaint, that doesn't mean the court will agree. If you have evidence contradicting the citation then request a hearing and give them your side of the story.
