Question about and a friend?

I have a friend, that i dated before, in a serious relationship. I broke up with him, because we were getting too close, and i didnt want to do ual stuff with him because it felt like it teared us apart, and it was too tempting to not do so, so i broke up with him. A little while later, we labeled eachother "friends" but we acted as if we were in a flirty kind of realtionship, i guess you could say. it was light. So its like a friendalationship, and now, I'm THIS close to having with him. None of the realtionship feelings are in it, and its not official to hurt our realtionship, so do you think it would be ok if i had with him?
