Being Induced on the 18th, need advice?

I am being induced on the 18th and this coming Tuesday they are going to strip my membranes. My question is she said unless I can get my labor is going good enough to have it before then shell induce me, and i know their are serious risks to be induced. I have been walking around 3cms dilated and 80% effaced for a month now and I have contractions that are lasting a minute and are 2-3 minutes apart, But they aren't moving my cervix at all! Dr. had a name for that too but i cant remember but its just basically contracting to contract! I need any good ways other then and nipple stimulation's, because although they are enjoyable they aren't working,and i have built up good calve muscles because of all the walking. I don't want my daughter in danger by getting induced and im really scarred of c-sections. Please help!
