What are some good high-quality telescope brands?

I don't want to just settle with a telescope that only lets me see the moon up close. I want one powerful enough to see somewhat detailed images of Andromeda,nebulae, Saturn's Rings, Star Clusters, ect. I'm willing to spend up to 1200 bucks, maybe up to 1500.
