Should originators automatically get spots in the G.O.A.T list?

Its a good question I wonder this myself. I always remember someone said Black Sabbath created metal but Metallica perfected it which can apply to hip hop as well. Originators should always be mentioned but as for automatically being in there I would personally say no, just my view. Some obviously belong on there because they are great but not automatically
