Tunebite trouble with finished product?

I have a registered version of Tunebite. I just tried to remove the DRM from a movie I downloaded via Itunes. After it recorded it, it saved the file. When I try to play it, it's a second long clip of the top portion of the Tunebite window. What would cause this, and how can it be fixed?
