Im having a Windows Issue... Anyody help?

This sounds like a problem with your networking device. Is it connected to a network at boot? Try unplugging it from the network and trying again. Conversely, if it is not connected, try connecting it. If neither of those work, you can try possibly disabling the network device for troubleshooting purposes. During boot there should be a message that says to press a certain key for setup. Press it quickly, and try to find a way to disable your wifi or ethernet network device, then reboot. If it works, then you'll have to have it repaired. If it still doesn't work, there's another problem...
