If "siopao at mami" is chinese, what do we have as pinoy?

WE hate a lot more compare to Chinese cuisine, for siopao we have meat and for mami, we have the pansit canton/lomi/bihon. But to be frank, all our cuisine CAME from Chinese. Maybe because the culture of the Chinese were brought here before the Spanish came to our shore.
