Jehovah's Witnesses; you know how your teachings are...........?

Jehovah's Witnesses; you know how your teachings are like unsure and open to change, like the light getting brighter; well I was wondering about the teachings on blood and how it used to be said that a transplant was out of the question, and as we know in more recent times your organization has adjusted these things to leave it open now for a follower of the Jw faith.......So when it was said that a transplant could not be performed as a directive and someone died because they followed the directive, does that mean that the Jw org has blood-guilt on it's hands because it issued an unnecessary life threatening directive?
