37 weeks pregnant, braxton-hicks or real contractions?

For the past few days I have been feeling kinda crampy. Since last night the cramping has gotten stronger and feels like period cramping. I actually go to the bathroom expecting to see blood. My stomach feels tight and the cramps kinda come and go but it really isnt unbearably painful. Is it just braxton hicks?
