What is the best video editing software I can buy under $100?

I have a Panasonic HDC-TM15, its full HD 1920x1080, and is AVCHD. I am just curious what is the best editing software I could buy for this type of camera. I have a Dazzle 150, but its old, slow and crappy. Any help is appreciated. I do not want to purchase anything from Dazzle or Pinnacle again.
