The Trinity in the Bible?

You misread the Bible and misunderstand history. It is very simple, Jesus claimed to be God, accepted worship, was tried for blasphemy, claiming to be God, and did only what God can, e.g., forgive sins. I have heard very silly attempts to weaken these biblical truths. For example, "I and my Father are One" is supposed to be a reference to one purpose. That makes absolutely no sense in the context. The Jews who heard the statement perfectly understood, they picked up stoned to stone him because he was claiming to be God.
