How to treat phimosis without undergoing a surgery?

I'm 16 years old and found out I do really have phimosis, because I can't lower the foreskin in order to expose the glans of my . I wish I could do it, but I don't know of any safe method. In case there's none, would the only solution be circision? I'm asking because I don't want to amputate my foreskin either. Even though I'm ashamed to talk about that to my parents (I've tried once, but got too nervous at the time), I think sometime I'd be able to discuss about this subject, but is there any other surgery or treatment that dispenses the foreskin removal? Please, no silly comments. Thanks!
