Eye floaters?

i know that they usually occur in older people but i am only fifteen and i've had little spots, like things you look at under a microscope that have floated around in my eye since i was a little kid. in third grade i scratched my cornea and now i have a recurring corneal abrasion so does that have anything to do with it? about once a year i have an "episode" with my eye where the scar ruptures due to some trauma or lack of sleep. the floaters usually occur if i'm looking at the sky out of a car window or some other light surface. is this normaly for someone so young?
