Does dell use proprietary parts on any desktops anymore? Specifically the Studio Desktop?

I'm gonna buy a new dell studio desktop, then upgrade the Graphics card, but i will have to upgrade the PSU first. This obviously will not work if dell still uses proprietary parts on the computer. Anyone know if they do?
